We have four simple but super effective recipes for you that are guaranteed to scare your guests - only in a culinary sense, of course! 1.Scary fingers (approx. 20 pieces)

Ingredients:
100 g marzipan paste
1 egg
100 g powdered sugar
200 g soft butter
300 g flour
1 pinch of salt
Grated peel of 1 organic lemon
1 egg yolk
Some milk
40 g whole peeled almonds
50 g raspberry jam

Preparation:

  1. Mix the marzipan and egg, then knead with the remaining dough ingredients to form a smooth dough. Chill for 60 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C).
  3. Form the dough into rolls, press in the joints, brush with egg yolk-milk mixture and press in half almonds as "fingernails".
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. After cooling, spread jam on the "finger ends".
2.Dracula donuts (approx. 12 pieces)

Ingredients:

450 g flour
1 pack of dry yeast
80 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
125 g soft butter
200 ml lukewarm milk
oil for frying
100 g powdered sugar
24 sugar eyes
12 vampire teeth
Red and dark sugar writing

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the dough and let it rise for 60 minutes.
  2. Form donuts and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  3. Fry in hot oil.
  4. Cover with icing, stick on eyes and decorate with vampire teeth and icing.
3.Devil cupcakes (12 pieces)
Ingredients:
40 g cocoa powder
100 ml milk
175 g flour
1 1/4 teaspoons of baking soda
330 g butter
80 g brown sugar
50 g white sugar
2 eggs
335 g powdered sugar
Red gel food coloring
120 g fondant
Black food coloring

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the dough and bake in muffin tins for about 20 minutes.
  2. Make frosting and color it red.
  3. Frost cupcakes and decorate with black fondant horns and tails.
4.Coconut-chocolate scary eyes (approx. 20 pieces)
Ingredients:
200 ml coconut milk
20 g butter
1 tablespoon liquid honey
120 g coconut flakes
50 g white chocolate coating
Approx. 20 green chocolate lentils
Red and black food coloring

Preparation:

  1. Prepare coconut mixture and chill for at least 2 hours.
  2. Form balls and decorate with chocolate chips as “pupils”.
  3. Use red paint to draw veins and add black pupils.
